Staging + Styling

Staging + Styling services to maximize market potential of your real estate listing - we fully furnish and style properties to illustrate an optimal impression for visitors or provide consultation directly to you.

The process begins with an informal phone conversation to discuss your requirements, followed by a free in-person consultation and initial view of the space. From here we will be able to assess the scope of the project, taking into consideration your tastes, preferences, lifestyle and inhabitants of the space, be they family members, pets or colleagues. Our goal is to create a design that honors the things you already love and transforms the things you don’t. 

Our next step is to create a project proposal, outlining our recommendations, initial instincts and ideas, fee structure and estimated timeline. Once the proposal has been approved by you and the contract is signed, the creativity and fun begins.

Some clients prefer to execute their own projects but with the guidance of an interior design professional, and for those individuals we offer coaching. Tamara H Design will work with you to set specific goals and design principles to follow, help you outline your plan, check-in on a regular basis, provide guidance and advice, and help you to troubleshoot.  

Whether you’ve hired us to coach you through your own project, help you with the perfect window treatments, or entirely renovate your space, each project will be thoughtfully and creatively designed, and just as importantly, will be achievable.
